Today, Can Do MS reaches more families with MS than ever before.

Nearly 30,000 people experienced our transformational health and wellness education programs on exercise, nutrition, symptom management, and motivation in 2016. Each and every participant received these programs entirely free of charge.

Your financial commitment to our work made this possible.

This year, our in-person programs will double, reaching many large and small communities, including Detroit, Albuquerque and Omaha. Helping people where they live and delivering local programs in collaboration with hospitals, MS centers, and nonprofit organizations nationwide are crucial elements in meeting the needs of those with MS.

You’d be amazed at the impact a Can Do MS program can have on a single student…

“Before MS, I used to do triathlons. I gave away my road bike three years ago because when my body temperature rises, my vision doubles making it difficult to exercise. The Can Do MS program encouraged me to see an ophthalmologist that specializes in neurological conditions. I purchased my new road bike after getting a prescription for glasses. I am able to ride confidently and safely. Today, I feel the closest to who I ‘used to be’ than I have since my diagnosis.” – Mary, CAN DO® Program Alumna

Demand for our health and education programs is tremendous. Today, Can Do MS is only able to serve 33% of those who apply.

The Jimmie Heuga Scholarship Fund helps address this need and increase our impact. With your help, each and every person living with MS can experience our life-changing programs, regardless of financial ability.

Thank you for your continued generosity and investment in our work.

Together, we’re transforming lives.
